Reality revision program
Instructions: Don't try to do this whole program in one afternoon! Take your time and let it sink in. Allow it to keep your company for a week or two, or even a month if you like it. But you can do one section in a session unit of a few hours, if you have enough time.
Don't read exercises ahead! Only one at a time. There are no special preparations needed.
SECTION 1
Needed: Paper and pen
1. Read the article on reality
2. Reality revision exercise 1: Tape/video recorder record/replay. Touch environment to realize this is physical reality.
3. Reality revision exercise 2: Recall record/replay in life. Touch head to realize this is mind work.
4. Reality revision exercise 3: Tape/video recorder record, cut out, replay. Touch environment to realize this is physical reality.
5. Reality revision exercise 4: Recall record/cut out/replay in life. Touch head to realize this is mind work.
6. Reality revision exercise 5: Work with lists - write down people to whom you have replayed - contact one or two of them and have a little chat. Touch head first and then environment to realize this is mind work going out into the environment. Use non-charged items to make sure you don't create situations you can't handle.
7. Re-read the article on reality if you feel you could need another run through. Realize that you are recording. Touch the environment first and then your head to realize this is the environment initiating mind work.
8. Ex 6: Recall other recording situations. Non-charged items only. Mind work.
9. Ex 7: Recall more recording situations. Write them on a list. Mind + environment work - they are now ready to impinge on reality.
10. Ex 8: Write recording situations. mind work. Give them school notes. To finish, list a few that you really liked. If you feel that writing this list means something to you, continue writing it until you get a feeling of joy or satisfaction, or have a new insight about your life.
11. Give a name to the program chapter you just did, and send it in to us if you feel like it! We would also enjoy to read your comments or experiences
SECTION 2
Needed: Paper and pen. A book or other unbreakable object. An old bottle that you don't need anymore. A pillow. A helper for the exercises 10, 11, 12. Two or more helpers for exercise 13.
12. Reality revision exercise 9: Hold a book (or other unbreakable object) in your hand and then pull your hand back so that it drops. Realize that it did drop. Realize that the reason was that you pulled back your hand. Touch your head first and then the environment to realize that this is mind work going out into the environment.
13. Ex 10: Ask your partner or kid to help. Both of you hold the book. Let him pull his hand back first. Realize that the book is still in place. Now let go of it and observer that it falls. Mind to environment.
14. Ex 11: Same as 11 but with breakable object (drop on pillow if you cannot afford to waste it).
15. Ex 12: Same as 12, breakable object and pillow.
16. Ex 13: Like 12, but write the name of something you really despise on the object, and as many helpers as you can find. If possible, find something that you can afford to really break. Realize that even if all of them let go, it still exists because you hold it. Then Break it and realize that you need to clean up. Enjoy cleaning up the broken pieces! This thing will never be whole again!
17. Ex 14: Re-read the article on reality. Realize that by your reading, you keep it in existence. Touch your head first and then the environment to realize this is your mind keeping a piece of reality in existence.
18. Ex 15: Write a list of things you want to keep up and other things you would like to drop. Finish with a few things that you would really, really like to keep up. If you feel that writing this list means something to you, continue writing it until you get a feeling of joy or satisfaction, or have a new insight about your life.
19. Ex 16: If in ex 15 you made a decision to drop things in your actual life, write a list with instructions for yourself - what to drop, when and how. If there is damage to others involved, do it only if it has really strong plus points, and see that you keep the damage to other people to a minimum. Take a calendar and get an approximate timing done. Take this list from the session environment into your physical life and complete it in the time you have planned for it. If this lets you free time for more sessions, you can continue the program - otherwise come back to it later! Link to paradigm matrix! Put the paradigm matrix into the reference section!

Repeat this a few times and observe the moment of you decision to switch before you switch. Touch first your head and then the environment to realize that this is mind work going out into reality.
23. Ex 18: Take two flashlights and your helper into a dark room. Have your helper switch his flashlight on, then switch your flashlight on. Direct both beams into one spot.
