Mental Training Workgroup

 Our Topics

Imagine our activity as an "umbrella" which is potentially embracing the whole field of spiritual enhancement and mental training in the past, the future, and present time. It has the wide approach of a university, without restricting access to people with certain education prerequisites. Everybody can participate.

Deeply inside of each of us glows a piece of God. He cannot be found outside of ourself, like many religions say, nor above of ourself, like some gurus think. Somebody has to awaken this consciousness and cultivate it. Somebody has to correct the errors and heal the pains which have resulted from the loss of this consciousness. This is what we are trying to do.

Members have the opportunity to study, compare, train and work with techniques of all past and current subjects and movements which deal with spiritual enhancement. They can use our extensive library of books and tapes, or bring their own materials. To study the materials we have published on the internet, you don't even need a membership.

An important focus is also given to the integration of spiritual and mental principles into daily life. Applying spiritual awareness and mental skills to your physical activities makes such a big difference!

The "Workgroup for Fundamental Spiritual Research and Mental Training" is a private activity run by friends of spirituality. It is legally and financially independent from each and every such movement, organization, legal structure or church, and in no way governed by any of their internal rules.

Every human being goes through life on two legs - a physical and a spiritual. Everybody sets of course his or her personal priorities. Nevertheless, both legs have to make steps so that our life does not "limp".

Think of this principle when you plan the time that you can use daily for your self development. In each area, train the weaker leg first, so that your walk through life becomes smoother, but when they have become equally strong, take care of both legs alternatingly!
