Two of our workgroup's founding members have spent many years in the Church of Scientology. From that time, a rich fundus of books, study packs and tapes exists which we want to make available to all Scientologists who need a peaceful place to study their religion's materials, without suffering the often unbearable pressure inside the church.

Our "Scientology Study Corner" has a separate entrance which is not shared by other students. If you want to tell us your story, nobody else will get to hear about it. Your name will be kept secret - unless you want us to make known what happened to you.

Your study of our Scientology materials is free, we only charge a little for the use of the room and electricity. If you want checkouts of materials or drills, we will charge for our time.

 

This link goes to a list of websites of groups and activities outside of the "Church of Scientology", who offer Scientology materials, e-meters, training or processing, or work in the area of the mind with non-Scientology methods. The list has been compiled in late 2003.

Here are some additional resources which have helped many Scientologists. They cover most of the important lessons of Scientology, written by experienced oldtimers. As they don't contain L.Ron Hubbard's texts, there is no legal problem connected with owning or using these materials.

 

The ultimate Scientology training materials: Clearbird Materials. The Clearbird materials are a complete rewrite of auditing technology which puts all the references into context with the topic currently studied (in earlier years, the student had to find them in many disrelated course packs, books and charts). The countless revisions of the "classic" materials are brought to the newest standard, contradictions are removed. Special attention is paid to a simple English without Americanisms and complicated idioms, so that students from foreign countries can easily study the materials in English.

There already exist many people - in Austria of course, but all around the planet as well - whom we not only could help through their doubts whether to leave the "Church of Scientology" or not, we also could show them ways to continue their spiritual progress in the future without accepting Scientology's financial abuses, and the totalitarian way of regulating and dominating their members' lives.
